Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, the Chief Shepherd.
He is our senior pastor, our CEO, our Big Boss.
The Leadership team at NightChurch seeks to submit to Him and His authority for the guidance of our little section of the Family of GOD.
After carefully considering each man's strengths and weaknesses, and after examining each other and voicing any concerns, NightChurch has selected the following men for peer-led leadership. Our primary concern for each man, is the Biblical standard of leadership as put forth in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Each man, though still growing in their walk with the Lord, has a history of authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. Each man has an increasing understanding of God's Word and submits to the authority of Scripture. These things are primary. Below, you will find some specific gifts and talents that each man brings to the NightChurch leadership:

Daniel Parsons* ‒ Daniel is 30, married to Cindy and has one son, with another baby on the way. Daniel brings a sensitivity to GOD’s Spirit and natural giftedness toward shepherding people. Daniel has experience leading and serving. He has lead large groups of people and ministered to their individual needs.
Justin Holzgrove* ‒ Justin is 28, married to Kristi, and has three sons. We see Justin as a leader in vision and passion for lost people in Shelton. His years in YOUth leadership and skills of using GOD’s Word to point to Jesus are invaluable for the future of NightChurch. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies. Justin is also the front man for local band Small Town Charm.
Ryan Smith* ‒ Ryan is 31 years old, married to Shalisa and has two daughters. Ryan brings a strong administrative gifting and a comprehensive Bible knowledge. Along with years of following Jesus and personal devotion, Ryan has a minor in Theology from Western Baptist College.
James Dale* ‒ James Dale is 31, married to Julia, and has two sons. James brings an overarching and long-term vision for NightChurch. His ability to see “the heart” of issues is evident in his passion to cut through religion and help people find the freedom of life found in Jesus.
Graydon Holden ‒ is 31 years old, was born in Shelton and has lived and worked here for many years. He traveled and worked with an international mission organization for several years following high school, but moved back in 2000 to serve in a local church body, specifically leading the music ministry. Graydon brings a deep affection for people and sound practical theology to our leadership team. Graydon is also the front man to local band Lower Lights Burning.

Each of these men is as willing to serve as they are to lead. Please come to any of us with any questions you may have. [EXAMPLE] NightChurch has set a goal of transparency and honesty in our leadership that we hope translate into humble and effective leaders.
